Do I need any experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for every skill level. Whether it's your very first project or you've been crafting for years, we'll guide you step by step and make sure you have a wonderful experience.

What's included in the workshop?

We've got you covered! All supplies, tools, and materials needed to complete your project are included unless otherwise noted on the workshop listing.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely! Many of our guests come on their own, and it's a wonderful way to relax, meet new people, and enjoy a little creative time just for yourself.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Of course! Our workshops are perfect for friends, couples, families, coworkers, and anyone who enjoys creating together.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint or glue on. Aprons are available for many workshops, but creativity can sometimes get a little messy!

What if I love a project but can't make the scheduled date?

Love the project, but can't make the date? Just ask! Our schedule is flexible, and we're often able to accommodate additional workshop dates—even if it's just for one or two guests.

What if I don't see a workshop I'm looking for?

We're always creating new projects! If there's something you've been wanting to make—or you'd like to schedule a workshop for a specific project—reach out. We'd love to hear your ideas and may even add it to our workshop lineup.

How do I reserve my spot?

Simply choose your workshop, select an available date, and complete your reservation online. If you have questions or need help, we're always happy to assist!

Do you offer private parties?

Yes! We love hosting birthdays, girls' nights, family gatherings, team-building events, and other special occasions. Contact us to plan a private creative experience for your group.

Can I purchase a kit instead of attending a workshop?

Many of our projects are available as take-home kits! Visit our Gift Shop or Craft Project Catalog to see what's currently available to create at home.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Work of Heart gift cards make a wonderful gift for birthdays, holidays, or anyone who loves to create. They can be used toward workshops, craft kits, and many items in our Gift Shop.

How long are the workshops?

Most workshops last between 2–3 hours, depending on the project. The estimated time is listed on each workshop page.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens! Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We'll do our best to work with you whenever we can.
